Online purchases can be made via credit card or bank transfer, and the box office accepts payments via card and cash.

  • Children aged 0 (zero) to 3 years, 11 months, and 30 days (three years, eleven months, and thirty days) with an official identity document or birth certificate.
  • São Paulo’s public schools’ students and teachers, during weekdays, with previously scheduled visits through agendamentos.escolas@reservaparques.com.br.

**The ticket exemption policy covers the cost to enter the Zoo and does not apply to any paid activities within the park or any bundles sold by Reserva Paulista.

  • People with disabilities with one of the following documents:

(i) Evidence on the Programa de Benefício de Prestação Continuada (BPC);
(ii) A signed doctor’s note indicating long-term or permanent disability;
(iii) A public transport card that indicates disability and/or
(iv) Documents attesting to care at rehabilitation centers or specialized units.

**According to Brazilian law, a person with a disability has a long-term impediment,
whether physical, mental, intellectual, or sensory. This impediment does not grant them the same conditions as other members of society and prevents their full and effective interaction with their surroundings.

    Half-price Ticket Policy

    • Children aged 4 (four) to 13 years, 11 months and 30 days (thirteen years, eleven months and thirty days) with an official identity card or birth certificate.
    • With an official identity card, senior citizens aged 60 and over.
    • Students with a current student ID — Carteira de Identificação Estudantil—CIE, according to Decree “Decreto n.º 8.537/15” and Law “Lei n.º 12.933/15”. The CIE is issued by:(i) Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduandos (ANPG),
      (ii) União Nacional dos Estudantes (UNE),
      (iii) União Brasileira dos Estudantes Secundaristas (Ubes),
      (iv) by city and state institutions connected to those,
      (v) by Student Body Centers (DCEs) and
      (vi) by Academic Centers, to be renewed yearly, according to the national model made available by the Instituto Nacional de Tecnologia da Informação (ITI), with its digital certificate, and not displaying more than 50% of local
      characteristics.

      3.1. The student ID must display:
      (i) the student’s full name and date of birth,
      (ii) a recent photograph,
      (iii) the school or university name,
      (iv) the student’s current grade, and
      (v) the expiration date, which should be March 31st of the following year.

    • Young adults between 15 and 29 with the Identidade Jovem (ID Jovem), according to Law No. 12.933/2013.
    • All public school faculty from São Paulo, with ID from the Education Ministry or a pay stub proving employment.
    • Retired citizens with proof of retirement.
